ECHOES

Echoes is a series of conversations about Darjeeling, being organised by the Selim Hill Collective. We hope to invite artists, writers, researchers, naturalists, in order to curate a series of meaningful conversations about the revival of Darjeeling, its local community, the tea industry, and the biodiversity. We chose this name because “echoes”, by its very nature travel far and wide.

Vir Sanghvi Echoes Rajah Banerjee Dorje Darjeeling Tea

Episode 5

A Matter of Taste

For our fifth episode, we are hosting journalist, author, and food critic,  Vir Sanghvi. In his long and illustrious career, he has been a staunch advocate of Darjeeling Tea and a longtime supporter of the region. In 2007, as part of his show “A Matter of Taste,” he spent an episode on Rajah Banerjee, and the uniqueness of Darjeeling Tea. Mr. Sanghvi has recently released his memoirs, “A Rude Life.”

Join us for a conversation between Vir Sanghvi, and Rajah Banerjee (Chairman, Selim Hill Collective), which will revolve around his latest memoir, and his fascination with Darjeeling Tea.
